Environmentally Friendly Towel by Recycling Energy

A Towel which is marked "Imabari Cotton Recycle" is using recycling energy.

The city of Imabari in Ehime Prefecture is the largest towel-producing region in Japan. During the manufacturing process, a huge amount of cotton scrap is produced. The fiber residues have been incinerated as waste. We recognize the significance of this waste and have launched our new brand, Imabari Cotton Recycle, with a focus on environmentally friendly manufacturing that does not waste any resources. This is made possible by combining our core technology for producing bioethanol from cotton waste with various other technologies.
